These are some of the common answers our clients should know before purchasing or questions we've received in the past.

We understand the importance of safety and take allergies very seriously. An allergic reaction to peanuts is one of the reasons this business was birthed. If you have an allergic reaction to any of our products, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to help you. We also suggest that you check the ingredients list on each product before use to ensure it is safe for you. We recommend that you discontinue the use of the item immediately and contact your physician. The physician will be able to provide the details on what ingredients may have caused the allergic reaction.  Our owner discovered allergies to peanuts after experiencing hormone changes in her late 30's. So, we truly understand that allergies can change over time.

We pray you never receive a damaged package but we understand that things happen. If you receive a damaged item, Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order so that we can assess the damage and arrange for a replacement. Depending on the nature of the damage, we may require photos or other evidence of the damage in order to process your request.

Thank you for your order. An email confirmation should have been sent out shortly after making your purchase with Predestined Essentials. In that email, you will be given your tracking number and the link to view the updated status of your package. 

We aim to provide feedback to all requests within 24 hours. However, please allow 1-2 business days for the response. You may shop online 24 hours. Our hours of operation for Phone calls and Email correspondence are: Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM MST. Closed on the Sabbath and Sunday. Closed on all Holidays. (Orders may still be processed online. Please make sure if you are placing an order during the Holidays. Try to order in advance to insure your order arrives on your desired date.)

We typically ship orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Depending on the size and weight of the order, we may use a different shipping carrier. We will always provide tracking information for your order once it has shipped. All domestic orders ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS by 4 PM daily. Delivery for US orders takes 3-7 business days. Priority Mail ships in 3-5 business days. Delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center. Presently, we do not offer international shipping. Shipping during Holidays or Inclement Weather Courtesy reminder: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPPING DUE TO UPS/FEDEX/USPS/DHL DELAYS.

We appreciate your business and we are so glad that you placed an order with us. We want to remind you that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered on your Invoice (Purchase Order).

If your package is returned to Predestined Essentials due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address or if you were not available to receive the order. You are responsible for the returned or lost product and re-delivery costs.  No refunds will be issued.
